The final house on the Ridge was built by Dr. Alanson Stark in 1824. Dr. Stark married Mary Barbour who was a former daughter in law of John Mann. In 1836, Dr. Stark built an additional structure next to John Mann's homestead and opened a medical practice. When John Mann died, the last house on the Ridge was sold to Abijah Stone. John Wheeler and to a W.H. Blood will also be future owners. However, the 1892 map indicates the house was owned by the Bugby family. Clarence Carr will also have short ownership before he sold it to John Mann's grandson Charles and his wife. In 1936, the house was finally sold to the Green family who remain the current owners. In the 1940s, there was a large poultry house to the east of the main structure, that housed as many as 500 chickens
